Twenty years of experience of automotive industry on product engineering, innovation, business development, customer relationship and methods and processes.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with enphasis in Mechatronics and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong technical background enhanced during the period working at Walter Tools, Fiat Automóveis, GM, ZF and AETHRA.

Leadership of research and development teams focused on high technology solutions. As well as on project management working on planning and managing the development of highly complex products and processes from the concept to serial production.

Furthermore, success in prospecting for new customers and new markets. Wide international experience and great ability to create professional relationships, as an outcome, a strong network in various market segments.

Felipe Martins

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Technology specialty, with post graduation in Renewable Energy Sources in UniKassel, Data Analysis in Insper and a Microsoft MBA in Big Data in IBMEC.

Was part of many research projects in propulsion optimization. Foccused in electrification projects, from hybrid electrical to full electrical vehicles..

Proposed projects for Rota 2030, with focus in new raw material, Dieshop Management, Kaizen for the mean of production market and bonding technology.

Leader for M&A projects involving government investing in companies, development agencies, country development agencies, development Banks, and also clients from Brazil, USA, Canada, Sweden and the UK.

Opened and concluded many projects for almost all European and American OEMs., joint-ventures and know-how transfer to Brazil.
